Tear trough and hollowing
We assess the inner under-eye groove and whether there is true volume loss toward the upper cheek.
ELION EYE BALANCE
A tired-looking under-eye area does not have one cause. We distinguish hollowing from fat prominence, fine lines, expression, structural shadow, pigment and visible vessels before choosing a method.
Eye Balance is not a bundle of every available under-eye treatment. It is a combined assessment that asks whether volume, skin quality, tightening, muscle movement or color should be addressed first.
WHY WE SEPARATE
A shadow can be created by bone and fat contours, visible vessels beneath thin skin, pigment, or a combination of hollowing and protrusion. Looking at color without structure can lead to the wrong priority.
WHAT WE ASSESS
We assess the inner under-eye groove and whether there is true volume loss toward the upper cheek.
We look for protrusion and the height difference that creates a shadow.
Lines at rest and with smiling, skin thickness and elasticity are considered together.
The effect of squinting and smiling on lines and overall expression is assessed.
Changing the direction of light helps separate structural shadow from actual color change.
SELECT BY ROLE
Filler may be considered for limited support where true volume deficiency is present. The suitability of a collagen-stimulating treatment depends on the product, treatment area and skin thickness.
Skin boosters may support skin condition, while periorbital RF may be considered when elasticity and fine lines are the main issue.
Botulinum toxin is considered only after assessing muscle movement and preserving natural expression.
When color is the main issue, we avoid simply adding volume and connect the plan to TextureAxis-related care.
CLEAR DIFFERENCE
When structure creates most of the shadow, volume and tightening priorities are considered first.
When color or skin texture dominates, that concern may be treated first or sequenced with structural care.
Needle marks, swelling, bruising, temporary redness or warmth may occur depending on the selected method. Once the plan is chosen, we explain timing for cleansing, makeup, exercise and important events.
